In this ultimate strategy session in one day we work according to the Strategy Sprint™️ method. A proven tool from the start-up world in Sillicon Valley to quickly get to the core, set priorities and go home with a clear roadmap.
Whether you’re working with your team or as a solo founder within one day, we’ll outline the key action points.
In a sprint, you’ll move through a step-by-step process in pressure cooker mode, giving you clarity and insight. This will allow you to effectively develop ideas, make decisions, and prioritize for the future.
You’ll walk away with a complete overview of your business – including services, finance, and sales – clear goals, a top 10 priority list, and a roadmap for both short- and long-term planning.

The session can be booked either online or offline. I work in Spain and in The Netherlands. You can choose to book a ‘solo session’ or ‘a team session’.
The Strategy Sprint was developed by Dorit Roest,strategist, speaker & entrepreneur. Dorit has combined her experience as a startup founder and community builder in places like Silicon Valley into this Strategy Sprint method. I am thrilled to work with Dorit and help spread this Strategy Sprint methodology further.

Appropriate to the issue, we schedule a full or half brainstorming day. This can take place online or offline. Several times a year I am in the Netherlands and I combine the offline brainstorm sessions. Online sessions work very well and have the advantage that you have all the output together from the online brainstorm tool I work with.
What’s in a brainstorming boost:
From €650 (excluding VAT).
This basis can also be extended with for example several brainstorm days at a beautiful location in Valencia, where we work with you and your team on a business issue. I have several location partners I work with and see what would be a good match for the team. We can also create content for your organization with photographers, videographers and content creators from my network in Valencia.
It depends on whether you are looking for a complete rebranding or sharpening and wording of your current brand. The following essential components are always included in a journey:

This base can be expanded with:
Visual identity, website copy, website design and web building, content strategy, sales pitch, content calendar and content creation, (qualitative & quantitative) consumer research, photography and imagery, email funnels, social plan and the creation and development of online & offline campaigns.
I always collaborate with a wide network of content creators, designers, illustrators, and web developers, both in The Netherlands as in Spain and per project I will define the best match.

The brainstorm session itself takes between +/- 6 to 8 hours – depending on whether you book a solo session or a team session . In this time you will quickly get to the core and know what to do the next day. It is important that you as founder make space in your agenda after the brainstorm to put the results into action immediately. To support you in this, an extra follow-up call is included in the offer.
